If you received your gift card as a present from someone else, or you don’t have a customer account with us already, you’ll need to contact our customer care crew to check your card balance one of two ways:
- OPTION 1: Email us using the form on the contact page our website.

If you have a Lustora customer account and your gift card was a gift from you to you (Firstly, that’s amazing—we totally approve!), card details will be stored in your customer account, and you can log in anytime using the Account link on our website.
