An order confirmation will be sent by email, SMS, or through the Shop app depending on your chosen preferences and the contact information you entered at checkout.
- If you entered a phone number at checkout, then you will receive an order confirmation by SMS.
- If you entered an email address at checkout, then you will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by order and shipping updates.
Note: Order and shipping updates aren't sent by SMS, but you may still receive those if you opted-in to do so by email when you placed your order.
We recommend reviewing your order confirmation as soon as it arrives as a last check for accuracy. Be sure to check that the items and customizations are as intended, as well as that the shipping information is accurate and complete.
