Use Your Customer Account to Access Your Order History and More
When you create a store account, you can add your address information so that it fills automatically during checkout. You can also easily view order history, and review the current order status for any purchases that you make.
Setting Up a Customer Account
You can create a Lustora customer account in just a few clicks (or use an existing Shop account). Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the registration page on our website.
- Enter the required information into the form.
- Create a password to log in:
► If you already have a Shop account, you can use that to sign in without a password.
► If you don’t have a Shop account, you’ll need to make a new password for Lustora.
(Passwords must have 5 to 40 characters, and special characters are allowed.) - Submit your form by clicking the purple Shop button or the gold ‘Create My Account’ button to finish.
Where to Find Order History
To view your orders, log in to your Lustora account using the Account page on our website.
Option 1: Log in without a password via Shop if you have a Shop account.
Option 2: Log in using your Lustora customer account credentials.
You will see all of your past and current orders in the My orders section of your dashboard right when you log in.
Order History Without a Customer Account
Without a customer account set up, you will not be able to access details about past purchases on your own. However, if you need to track down information about a past purchase made without a store account, we can still help you track it down. Reach out via email using the contact page on our website, and we can manually find your order together.
