Track Shipping Progress Via Your Order Status Page
You can check the progress of your order as it’s fulfilled using the order’s order status page, which is included in the order confirmations that you receive by email, SMS, or through the Shop app depending on your chosen preferences and the contact information you entered at checkout.
- If you entered a phone number at checkout, then you will receive an order confirmation by SMS.
- If you entered an email address at checkout, then you will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by order and shipping updates.
Note: Order and shipping updates aren't sent by SMS, but you may still receive those if you opted-in to do so by email when you placed your order.
To track an order on the order status page, you need to log into your customer account. Alternatively, you can verify your email address or phone number along with the order number (located on the receipt sent to you by email or phone) to view the order details.
The order status page updates in real time on a map with pin marker as the status of your shipment changes.
Possible Order Statuses
- Confirmed - You placed an order, but it hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped yet.
- On its way - Your order has been marked as fulfilled or partially fulfilled, and the shipment is in transit.
- Out for delivery - The shipment arrived in your area and will be delivered soon.
- Delivered - Your shipment is complete, and you received your order.
- Attempted delivery - The carrier attempted to deliver the shipment to the destination address, but was unsuccessful.
