Setting up a customer account is quick and easy. You can create your account during the order process or anytime by visiting the registration page on our website. Having a customer account comes with lots of benefits and convenience, but it’s totally optional and up to you.

Faster, easier checkout
Saved account information—like name, addresses, and other details—allows forms to auto-fill, making the ordering process practically effortless.
Access to order history
Account holders can track order, shipping, and return statuses, and raise issues or get assistance easily within the account dashboard.
Wishlists!
With your store account, you can save products (and customization settings) to a wishlist to treat yourself later or help a loved one pick out the perfect present. You can even add stocked-out products and upcoming items.
Saved payment methods
With saved payment methods, you can securely save payment preferences and credit card information to your account. This makes it easier to purchase in the future, without getting off the couch to grab your wallet!

Setting Up a Customer Account

You can create a Lustora customer/store account in just a few clicks (or use an existing Shop account). Here’s how to do it:

Go to the registration page on our website.
Enter the required information into the form.
Create a password to log in:
► If you already have a Shop account, you can use that to sign in without a password.
► If you don’t have a Shop account, you’ll need to make a new password for Lustora.
(Passwords must have 5 to 40 characters, and special characters are allowed.)
Submit your form by clicking the purple Shop button or the gold ‘Create My Account’ button to finish.

Signing Up for Newsletters Via Email or SMS

Signing up for a customer/store account is different than subscribing for newsletters from Lustora, although you can opt-in to our newsletters via a little checkbox during both the account setup process and during checkout whenever you place an order.

Wanna sign up for Lustora news and discounts via email and/or SMS? You can use the signup form in the footer of our website or this signup page instead.

If you add your phone number during signup, you will be sent a text from Lustora to confirm your opt-in for SMS notifications. Make sure not to skip this step!
