Updating your subscriber profile

You can update your subscription details anytime using the ‘Manage Preferences’ link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Profile information that you can update includes:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Birthday

Updating Phone Numbers for SMS

There’s currently no way to change your phone number within your profile preferences. If you are already signed up to receive Text/SMS messages from Lustora and need to change the number associated with your account, the best way is simply to re-subscribe using your new number.

How to Re-subscribe

Use the signup form in the footer of our website or this signup page instead.
You will be sent a text from Lustora to confirm your opt-in. Make sure not to skip this step!
Your old phone number will stay in our system for a while, but it will eventually be deemed inactive, unsubscribed, and automatically cleared out.
