There are a couple of reasons you may want to delete or deactivate your store account:
- If you made a duplicate store account by mistake with an alternate email
- If you’re concerned about personal privacy and want your information removed
In any case, your store account and/or personal information can be limited or removed from our store, but you’ll need our help to do it. Reach out via email on the contact page of our website to get started.
Redacting Personal Data
If you wish to make an erasure request due to personal privacy, only personal data will be redacted from our records, such as name and address. Non-personal data, such as order information about what was sold, the date and time of the sale, and the order value is maintained.
Deleting a Customer Account
If you have used two different accounts to make purchases on our store, and you’re getting confused or feel messy about it, we can simply merge them for you. However, if you made a duplicate store account by mistake and have never made a purchase using this account, deleting it is a good option. In both cases, reach out via email on the contact page of our website to get started.
If you want your customer account deleted for any reason whatsoever, we’ll be here to help. Note that customer accounts cannot be deleted in the following cases, which we can work through together:
- If you have an order history
- If you have pending redaction because of a GDPR erasure request
- If you have an active subscription now, or if you ever had a subscription in the past
- If you are the recipient of a scheduled gift card that hasn’t been delivered yet
