We gladly accept returns of new, unused, unaltered jewelry within 30 days of the original purchase date with the following exceptions:

Without a receipt and after 30 days all sales are considered final.

Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ may not be returned.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you are returning a piece because it was defective or not the correct product, Lustora will provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return.

Refund policy
We automatically issue a refund in line with our Return Policy when you initiate a return within 30 days of your original purchase date.
