If you wish to exchange jewelry that you purchased for something different—a different product or the same item with different customization selections—you will need to return your order and place a new one for the desired item(s) instead.
We gladly accept returns of new, unused, unaltered jewelry within 30 days of the original purchase date with the following exceptions:
- Without a receipt and after 30 days from purchase all sales are considered final.
- Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ may not be returned.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you are returning a piece because it was defective or not the correct product, Lustora will provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return.
If you choose to return your order using the prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Lustora is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Alternately, you can purchase a return label directly from your courier when you send items back to us. In this case, we will not deduct a return fee from your final refund amount.
