We gladly accept returns of new, unused, unaltered jewelry within 30 days of the original purchase date with the following exceptions:
- Without a receipt and after 30 days all sales are considered final.
- Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ may not be returned.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect Orders
If you are returning a piece because it was not the correct product, we will be able to confirm the error through email together, and Lustora will provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return at no additional charge.
All Other Returns
If you are returning a piece for any other reason whatsoever, our customer care crew will discuss options and fees via email when you initiate your return. We may provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return, and if so, a return shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Lustora is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Alternately, you can purchase a return label directly from your courier when you send items back to us. In this case, we will not deduct a return fee from your final refund amount. For your security, we recommend choosing an insured option such as USPS Ground Advantage.
