If your order was incorrect or got to you damaged or defective, email us using the contact page on our website to start a return.
You’ll need to repack the jewelry in all original packaging (free gifts, coupons, polishing cloths, and care cards included), along with your original packing slip.
Incorrect Orders
If you are returning a piece because it was not the correct product, we will be able to confirm the error through email together, and Lustora will provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return at no additional charge.
All Other Returns
If you are returning a piece because it was damaged or broken in transit or for any other reason whatsoever, Lustora may provide a prepaid USPS return label to facilitate your return. If so, a return shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Lustora is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Alternately, you can purchase a return label directly from your courier when you send items back to us. In this case, we will not deduct a return fee from your final refund amount. For your security, we recommend choosing an insured option such as USPS Ground Advantage.
